Where will we exercise?

Rouken Glen Park.

As is self-evident from my site that I love Rouken Glen Park. It is a great place to exercise. And not just for walking or running on your own. There are lots of spots ideal for outside Resistance work in, what I would describe as a natural gym.

You often see groups of people exercising in the park. From the pseudo military groups to mums with prams, the park is an ideal place to exercise.

No fumes, lots of oxygen and a beautiful backdrop. If you are a Walk in the Park type, like me, you want to be able to soak up your beautiful surroundings as you work out.

The Gym.

Alternatively we can work from my home gym. The focus is on Resistance although there is an exercise bike if the weather outside is just too bad.

I coach Squash57/Racketball at Newlands Tennis Club where they kindly allow me to use their facilities.

Depending on your focus we can decide what suits you best.
